NorthernLeasingSystems, Inc. David O. Bankcard Systems NW I am trying to terminate a contract with a company that there is no phone # or email, or fax. Yet I am still being charged for service and back taxes which was not part of the contract. please help New York, New York

I had signed up ,back in June 2001, to a company called NorthenLeasingSystems,Inc. for a contract to accept credit cards for my business.  But in reality now I am now founding out that the contract was with Bankcard Systms NW, owner name is David Oar, but I have no paperwork, no contact name or number or address with this name or his company. Finally, after almost 14 years I was ready to terminate my month to month contract, for the original contract was for only 48 months (4yrs) which terminated in 2005.  I had returned back the credit card machine, was reassured that it got there ok, even though I had not received any confirmation that it got there, even though it was requested. They told me I had owned them no more money and that everything was in order. On 2/20/13 they charged my account with $190.00 for back taxes which I was not aware of. If there were any taxes there should have been taken monthly ,but according to the contract there should not have been any for Oregon does not have any taxes for purchases.

 I also have had to deal with Elavon, Inc. 7300 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 39720-6612.  They are the processor for the Bankcard Systerms NW. I have been communicating with them for a month now, trying to find a way through them to terminate my contract but they are telling they cannot do it. They have tried to communicate with Bankcard Systems through phone, email, and fax with no success. They gave me a phone number which my AT&T provider told me it was no longer in service. They also charced me $76.00 on 2/4/13 even though there was no activity with credit card charges on my account. I need help to find a way to shut this down and get reimbursed the money they took without my approval. Please help
