Notion wide custom homes Nationwide Homes Bad customer service. Substandard work Martins vile, Virginia

My wife and I bought a custom home from Nationwide Homes which was built in December of 2012. The house was set on January 22. 2013. We were told the interior finish trim out would take 1 to 2 weeks and we would get a walk through to address any issues. It is now April 15. 2013 and the trim out is still not complete. The trim out crew works from noon (when they show up) to usually 3 pm then leave for the day. They are unprofessional and do substandard work. Examples are : gaps in the eaves and dormers that I can put my fist through,

having to rip up the hardwood (not laminate) flooring that was installed because there were 1/8 inch gaps in the butt ends, 1/4 inch gaps in the joint of the 6 1/4 crown mouldings , nail heads on the trim work not set below the surface and caulking finger wiped over them before painting. The list goes on and on. I have sent registered mail to Andy Miller (president and CEO) and never received an answer. I have contacted the service manager and never gotten an answer either. So take my advice, if you want a custom home , have it stick built and avoid Nation Wide Custom Homes at all costs . I hope this helps stop people from being ripped off by this company.
