OCWEN LOAN SERVICES PREDATOR West Palm Beach Florida

Our mortgage was bought by OCWEN in August of 2013. For the whole 2013 year we were struggling with Chase because they had "lost" 2 mortgage payments which are btw made electronically every month from a Chase account. How can you loose 2 electronic payments? When OCWEN started to managed our loan they told us right away that we are 2 months behind. We explained that we made the payments but they (Chase) cannot find them and we will be happy to give them all the proof. They had required 12 months of proof at which point we sent them 15 months of bank statements proof. Initially they assured us that they will do everything possible to get to the bottom of this. They let us know that we will receive a "package" with all the info on our loan and how to make further payments. We had never received it. My husband had to figure out by himself where to make a payment. They took our September payment only to apply it for June when they said a payment is missing. When we supply them with June proof, they said that is not June payment which is missing, and they are not sure which one is it and that they will get back to us in few days. They never did. My husband called almost every day, and we got the same answer. Wait couple more days...Then, the bomb dropped...."You are 90 days delinquent and we cannot take your payment". They deliberately delayed the process so we will pass the 90 day period. Now the line is: "Your account is in process of RESEARCH AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN FEW DAYS". They are deliberately trying to get our house!!! We are calling every day...we are getting the same answer!!! The people on the other line are so incompetent, unintelligible, have no clue what they are doing and repeating the same thing over and over like a parrot. We are exasperated and don't want to loose our home. We are living here for 17 years without being late once on our payments. We had electronic transfer payments to avoid this issue. I am reading in horror the stories of people who had lost their homes to this predators!!! Can it be that the American dream is over?? They need to be stopped!! I am seeing an attorney in two days....Today we contact them again and I lost my temper a little...I screamed "If you are a collection company...then collect, we have the money!!!" It doesn't matter because OCWEN are bent on having your home!! Lawsuit is in order!
