I ordered a part on their web site for just under $200 and it came in the mail no problem.  A little over a week later my card was maxed out.  I quickly called my bank to find out what had happened.  I was told there were several small charges made to magic jack, then five (5) charges from OEM Parts Bin for different amounts.  Most exceeding $200 each time.  I contacted the fraud dept at my bank and contacted OEM parts bin to get this straightened out.  They were absolutely no help and said they did not see any such charges made by them on my card.  I was told by the bank that OEM Parts Bin had made several other attempts to get money for different amounts.  I contacted OEM parts Bin again and they put me on hold for about 30 minutes, asked for address and name, then back on hold until the phone call just ended.  I believe I was hung up on.  I did a Google search on the company to find out that other customers have had the same exact experience that I have.  Something needs to be done about this company.  Lets not let them get away with this!  I am a Vet and dont make much money, this is why I order my own parts and do my own work.  I was unable to pay my vehilce insurance bill or my cell bill due to this.  I am still waiting to get my money back right now.  Like I said these people are scum and need to be stopped.

OnlinePartBin.com is NOT Affiliated with The Parts Bin

AUTHOR: Onlinepartbin - ()

POSTED: Monday, December 02, 2013

Hi, I am the owner of OnlinePartBin.com and have had many of my customers recently mention negative reviews online. I did some more digging when a customer brought up some of the specifics.

The purpose of this review is to clear up any confusion about who we are. Online Part Bin is NOT associated IN ANY WAY with The Parts Bin, Parts Train, or any of their other affiliates.

They are based out of California, and we are based out of the San Antonio, TX area.

We specialize in New Bumpers and Fenders, Painted to Match your vehicle, and Shipped to your door. They do not offer a paint service on any of their parts.

This is not trying to drum up business for our company, but it is trying to clear up any concerns from our potential customers about ordering a painted to match bumper or fender. You will get your order, it will be right, and we stand behind EVERYTHING.

Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
