I started receiving phone calls from a man with a deep accent who has problems even pronouncing the name Andy Hunt, which he claims to go by.  He has my social security number, my driver's license number and my home address along with my home and work phone numbers.

I had taken out some payday loans off the internet which have been paid back or are being paid back.   All those loan places are accounted for however he claims he works for Legal Consulting Collection Agency (it is very hard to understand him) which is a collection agency for PayDay Loans of America and OSL Marketing.  Neither place I have done business with and all the other places I have done business with are not affiliated with those companies.

I have even sent him a fax requesting he stop contacting me at my place of work as it is jeopardizing my job and to also send me written verifcation of this debt.  Neither thing has happened as of yet.

contact wisc dept of financial institutions

AUTHOR: Sensei - (United States of America)

I would get as much info and start taping conversations.

Someone sold your information and it got overseas.  This could be a scam.  I

would ask for physical address. Leave them with the impression you may send a payment.  BUT don't.  Never give these dirt bags any bank information.  They submit

a draft on your account and take it all.

File a complaint with Wisc dept of financial institutions.

and The Federal Trade commission.  AS for wdfi they are great.  They will attempt to contact these dirtbags.  I believe them to be a scam.  Get an address.
