Online Class help was paid to complete a class that includes weekly homework assignments and quizzes or  tests. They requested a copy of the syllabus to ensure the dates and assignments were clear.

Upon completing the two weeks of services, they started work on and quit in the middle of the homework and quiz assignment  which I was now locked out of because they missed the date. I had to request permission from the professor to reestablish access. Upon contacting Eric at onlineclasshelp, he assured that the late assignments would be completed by the new date established by the professor.

On the day the late assignments were due, no one answered the support line and I only was able to converse with Chris on the sales line who rudely assured me that he informed Eric and Eric verifed the assignments would be done. Chris in his rude demeanor updated me that I did not have to continuously call as they will ensure to meet all deadlines. Of course, I returned later that night, only to find that the assignment was not done. Another suspense missed again.

This company only wants your money. After they receive it, your class assignments will not be completed on time if at all. They will continuosly tell you that they will meet deadlines, but they wont. And you will surely fail your class if you depend solely on them.

I am seeking consultation for legal action against this company.

You’re trying to defend an indefensible position. Not only are you attacking me personally and professionally when you have absolutely NO evidence, but you continue to refer to these companies as “supplemental services”.

If you don’t get a satisfactory answer from your instructor, keep on them until you do. We’re paid to teach. Perhaps he/she can steer you towards other sources of information that will help you.

I’ve looked at myself at ratemyprofessor.com and I’m doing just fine, thank you.

The reason I mention the internet is that you can find an explanation for just about everything at all levels.  If you tell me what subject you’re having trouble in, perhaps I can steer you towards a source of help that doesn’t involve cheating.

I do agree that your post should serve as a warning to others to avoid these kind of companies. Perhaps, we can make it so hard for these companies to recruit other cheaters that they will eventually give up. I’m not optimistic about that though, because there will always be students like you who would rather cheat their way to a grade.

A True Professional?

AUTHOR: Kynesha - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 08, 2014

I do not think you are a true professional and I surely do not think you have been teaching for 25 years, if you are a teacher at all. Your demeanor is one of a sarcastic, negative, "profane" person. Which does not equate in my book nor anyone who reads these blogs as professional.

As to supplemental services you mention "the instructor." Well if the instructor is of the same efficiency as you are...or so you claim to be, these companies will be millionaires  due to lack of instructional efficiency. Student services...sure and after you had a tutor (another student) who may have content knowledge but no instructional ability and thus lacks the skills to communicate with others effectively..I see your point or NOT! The internet is about as great as the professor. This shows your lack of instructional content knowledge or you would know that. The internet does not TEACH it only provide exemplars with instruction that a struggling student still does not understand. Even Sylvan didnt help much when you don't have funds for weekly continued visits 2 plus times a week.

I don't feel a need to justify to you the whys as that was not the point of the post. The point is AWARENESS to others. You might want to look up that definition on the INTERNET. If you don't like the use of "supplemental services" no one really CARES...as these companies are not built and will not go out of business based on YOUR likes. And I really don't care either.

The blog is to inform others. It is not reserved for your benefit for personal gains of being unhappy and attempting to spread the wealth to others. You might try counseling, a pastor, or just family. But it is obvious YOU need professional help.

If you are a true professor, we look forward to you POSTING your CONTACT information. Considering you have so much advice for help. I'd love to see your ratings. But no, we all know who you truly are, an unhappy, internet blogging, FRAUD.

Your antics will not deter the truth of this blog nor steer away focus from online companies that do not provide services paid for.

Yes, I am a "true" professional.  I've been teaching college for over 25 years, and my students have gone on to become very successful.  I maintain contact with many of them, and am pleased that they consider my contribution to their education valuable.

"...we are forced to use supplemental services provided by unreliable companies"  No, actually you aren't.  If you need supplemental help, start with the instructor. Then try the student services department at your school. That's what they're there for.  THEN try using the internet as a source of different explanations of concepts that you aren't grasping.  There's no reason to resort to CHEATING.  These companies aren't supplemental services. They make money by taking your class and doing your assignments for you. It's cheating and plagiarism, and grounds for expulsion at every school I've ever taught at.

What happens in the next class, when you haven't mastered the information from the first class? Are you going to hire another company to take that class as well?

Karma

AUTHOR: Kynesha - ()

POSTED: Sunday, July 06, 2014

Perhaps you are correct Karma or perhaps not! But the fact remains, I want others to be aware of this companies's actions and not fall within the same trap as I did. If you were a true professional as you 'claim' to be, then that would be noted by you as well. And also note students like myself go into the program to learn from the work of others who are proficient. Perhaps you are the epitome of one those professors I encountered, talk a lot...but students learn very little. Thus, we are forced to use supplemental services provided by unreliable companies. I think you are a scam also!

It's a b****, ain't it?

You were scammed by a company whose business model is based on helping you scam others (teachers, future employers).

You got exactly what you deserved. If you were my student I would have expelled you for cheating.
