Up until recently I've never really had a problem with them, until recently. I've avoided them because I can't hardly understand anyone in customer service, not knocking them, but for whatever reason their representatives are not strong with the English language. I had ordered an additional signer card to my account, and was told it was mailed on April 5th of 2011 and it is now May 20th, 2011 and I have yet to receive it. I was told ANOTHER one was sent, to replace that one, and should have been here by the 17th of May. Still NO card. I've been put on hold for 40 minutes at a time, and been passed from supervisor to supervisor, and gotten nowhere. It seems the company will not send me a new card expedited without waving the fee for THEIR negligence....if only to assure that the card actually arrives. I was told that someone would call me back, after I asked to speak with the supervisors supervisor and was of course told they were not available. Guess what, the call never came. SHOCKER! All I wanted was an additional card with an approved signer on it so someone could pay my bills while I was away, that was it. Only1 made it.....Only a pain, If you have nothing better to do, or want to raise your blood pressure, give yourself an aneurysm or want your head to explode....then I highly recommend this card. If you are a normal person, then I would recommend avoiding this card if you can. It seems an attractive offer at first, but I assure you, it's a headache waiting to happen.
