Ontario Energy Savings Corp (Gas) just energy mis lead, lied, collections when moved Mississauga, Ontario

We lived on a military base in Ontario. First they are not allowed to go door to door on a military base without permission. Second, when they came to the door they said they had permission and told us about the 5 year deal they had going. I asked them because we are military, what happens if we move. He informed us that there would be no penality because we are military and moving could be unexpected. So when we moved, we got a notice saying we owe this money for terminating the contract before the 5 years. We told them what we were told and they said they would take care of it. A 2nd notice came, we ignored it because we were told it would be taken care of. The next notice we got was from bond street collections saying we owe 264.71 for terminating the agreement. I called ontario energy and explained again to the girl that answered the phone the problem and she said because we are military there is no pentalty for termination. She gave me this number to call, I have been on hold for exactly 45 minutes now and no one is answering the call. Saying higher than normal volumes of calls, please hold.  I am so tired of this company. Yes we were also paying higher bills because of them. They are a rip off and I am also interested in seeing if anyone is filing a class action suit against them. This should not be allowed, for a company to lie like they do.
