I had something very suspicious happen with this company. Near the end of April, I went to their website to browse their items and see the prices. All I did was browse. I saved the page, or kept it open so that I wouldn't lose it. In the meantime, my main computer crashed and I lost the page.

On May 4th, I went back to the website and ordered the two skillets for $19.99 plus shipping and handling. The total came out to $33.87. They did not immediately charge my debit card.

Two weeks later, I opened my front door and found the entire cookware set had been left there by UPS. I called Orgreenic to see why I got the full set when all I ordered was the two skillets.  While I was on the phone with them, I checked my debit card online, and saw that on May 11th, they had taken $49.99 from my card.

I asked why I was sent the full set, and was informed I had ordered it on April 26th. All I did on that date was look around the website. I could not have ordered it then as I did not have any money on my debit card, and am not foolish enough to try and order something without the money being there.

I told the woman I had not ordered the full set but only the two skillets on May 4. She did not see that order. I asked her to send me a return shipping label so I could have UPS pick it up and send it back to them, but was informed they do not pay for return shipping. I advised that because this was not my error, but theirs, they needed to pay the return shipping.

Again, I was advised they do not pay for return shipping. I told the woman there were only two options. One, they could send me a return shipping label and I would send back the set and they could refund my card, or two, I would cancel my debit card so they could not take any more payments from it.

She told me again they do not pay for return shipping. So I canceled my debit card. It makes me wonder if they keep track of IP addresses and use your browsing history to place an order for you once you actually do order a product. I never would have ordered the entire set as I do not need it. Nor can I afford $400 for it.

I believe they did something illegal. I don't know who to report it to, but thought this a good place to start. To protect your credit rating and cards, do not order from this company. I have heard other bad things, and similar complaints about them now that this has happened to me.

I would dispute this with your bank or whomever...

If this scam company was able to charge your debit card when you had no money on your debit card I would say your dispute is with whomever your debit card is with as an accomplish at the very least.

Unless this was an ACH transaction? If so good freaking luck and enjoy your fees.
