Ori Van Lines is Deceitful, Pathetic, Incompetent, Infuriating and they are probably Thieves in San Jose, California

Ori Van lines is the worst company I have ever had dealings with in my 54 years on earth. Yes, in moving my one room of furniture from LA to NYC they "lost" a seven foot long, three hundred pound COUCH. Yes, they "misplaced" the box my desktop computer was in.

But, the worst part? "Lindsey". Lindsey, the cold, angry nightmare that "runs the company" even though she is just "the office manager", called ME, the customer, when I called to report the items that were missing (assuming they'd been left behind at a local warehouse, or when they "had to" transfer my stuff from one truck to another), SHE called ME a LIAR. She accused me of "making the whole thing up. For the money." First, even if you THINK that, don't SAY that to a customer! Second, even if you suspect that the customer is lying, DO a THOROUGH SEARCH for what he is claiming is missing; you may have to prove, in court, that you launched an extensive search. Third, if y7ou are going to accuse a customer of fraud, of scamming you, at least have it make sense. a COUCH?" Really? Something RIDICULOUS like a couch? Also, my desktop computer, while it cost $2,000 new, is three years old. I have no idea what it is worth now. Which doesn't MATTER because you, Ori Van Lines, the worst company I have ever come into contact with -- and I've been to Tijuana -- pay only 65 Cents per POUND for lost items. Thus, a $4000 couch, to YOU, is worth $4,000. To me, according to your "insurance plan", since you idiots lost my 4$,000 couch, I'll get $195. Wow, am I ever a smart rip off artist! I give YOU my $4,000 couch and you give ME $195. And, I'M the scam artist? Shame on you, Shame, shame.
