D-1-GN-11-001592 proving a criminal and civil conspiracy of Minton, Burton,Foster and Collins, with the Milner Firm, With Mack Ray Hernandez and others; including  barratry, kidnapping, fraud, robbery and including  homicide and a fraud in excess of 35 million, theft of real estate; all without due process, with intentional no notice, with unlawful restrain, in breach of the laws, in breach of treaties, in breach of all.

Then, Honorable Bob Black State Bar of Texas President ; the Travis County Court , the Court of the Capitol of Texas, has become the center of a criminal organization more powerful than any other mafia, a criminal organization whom makes more gains and profits more then any other mafia. And the criminals who protect other mafias... 

On todays date Honorable Bob Black State Bar of Texas President, you are provided with public notice of the criminal organization of these officers of the Court: Minton, Burton, Foster and Collins, John Foster,  with the Milner Firm, Joe D Milner, Jami Milner Turner, Scott Jevon Milner, With Mack Ray Hernandez , with Roy Barrera and several others and the evidence has been filed at CAUSE NO.
