Purchaed a 2008 Infiniti EX35 used automobile in September of 2013 for approximately $22,000 under a credit re-establishment program. which, the car dealer said I had to spend $22,000 so that the program could work for me. By January 2013, the value had dropped to approximately $15,000 per Kelly Blue Book Contacted the GENERAL MANAGER and advised same only to be told that there are TWO (2) Kelly Blue BOOKS, so I didn't have the right information? (verified, there is only one (1) Kelly Blue Book, per Kelly Blue Book themselves). Also was told that they (Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park) can sell their cars for whatever price they want!!! I advised the General Manager that customers expect businesses to make some sort of profit but not approximately $7,000 plus. I also told him that takimg advantage of customers situations is poor business practice. The General Managers response, "IF YOU TRY TO SUE US, TAKE US TO COURT, YOU WILL LOSE SO DON'T EVEN BOTHER.!!!" How many other customers have experienced this and don't know what to do? Let's start a class action lawsuit, there is strength in numbers.

What are we missing after explanation? By your question, it seems as if you are attempting to defend, which could help your question?

NO COVER-UP FOR THIS DEALER

Actually, it is the DEALER'S RESPOSIBILITY to uphold its integrity of representation in alliance with its competition. It is the DEALERS RESPOSIBILITY TO ACT IN GOOD FAITH. With that being said, when you entrust an investment with a reputable deakler, you expect same. THIS DEALER "PREMIER CHEVROLET OF BUENA PARK," told us that "YOU MUST Spend a certain dollar amount if you want a car even though the monthly car payment would be rediculous. But if you do that, by making only nine (9) payments, you can come back and get a brand new car with a very very low interest rate" AND IT ALL TURNED OUT TO BE A LIE!! So when you speak of responsibility, put the blame where it lies. My complaint was to help others prevent a sham of hardship, not to cover it up.

“Also was told that they (Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park) can sell their cars for whatever price they want!!!”
That is correct. It’s called American Free Enterprise. Didn’t you learn that in eighth grade civics?
What grounds do you have for a lawsuit?

What would your "class action" lawsuit allege they did wrong?

They are NOT obligated to sell or buy accordiong to Kelly Blue Book. A dealer is free to charge any price the customer will agree to. The fact is, you weren't an informed buyer and this is the result.
PLease come back on Ripoff Report and let us know how your lawsuit is going...what could possibly go wrong?
"IF YOU TRY TO SUE US, TAKE US TO COURT, YOU WILL LOSE SO DON'T EVEN BOTHER.!!!"
Good advice, even though you don't like it.
