This company Palm loans advances took money out of my checking account with out my permission. The way I discovered this action against me, was me checking my balance in my checking account they have a check drawn up with my name and indicated a 30.00 payment to them for processing. I call the number listed on the check, this person who answer my call was a female who would wanted me to complete this application in order for them to see if qualified for a loan and if I was denied them they would refund my 30.00 but if I was given a loan this money would come off the pay back fee on the loan. I explain to this person that i had not my an application with the site and I did not want a loan and that if i had then she did not need to have me complete a n application again. I simply wanted my cash but back in my account and that I would not wait 30days for a refund to be return to me that I want them to refund my funds now. She would not answer any more questions kept saying that I had been per approved for loan amount of 1500.00 that I should complete this application I would have my money in my account on today which I did not do I told just cancel this action and put my fund back in my account if not then I would seek to deal with them with legal action to get my money back and this was fraud for they to go in someone account without their permission, she then said that I made the request on line September 27,2012 which is a lie and i didn't and also explain that if I had to spend 30.00 to be process for a loan that I would not have done this because who spend money to get a loan for this small amount of funds. I have called this number listed on the check and now you get a voice message telling you that you have reached them after business hours call back during their business, but no hours are give on the message and it cut you off. I really would like to get these people because there is no way they should be allowed to get away with going in to people account taking your hard earned money that way and nothing is done so any one that has file any legal action against them I would be with 100% in put them in Jail
