This is the most unprofessional service department that I have ever experienced at a Toyota dealership. They refuse to honor Toyota's factory warranty. Do not take your car there for service. This dealership needs a new service manager. The other Toyota dealerships in the area will treat you better and actually repair your Toyota warranty issues. Toyota is a good product. Take your business to another dealership.
