Param Bedi and his girl Jasleen were everything and more to me.  To be put in so many uncomfortable situations with Param... really scared me.  I had to leave the company because of his absolutely disgusting behavior.  I feel sorry for Jasleen, because she seems to believe he isn't what everyone is saying.  I hope one day she wakes up.  I also feel sorry for the investors that were taken advantage of.  I hope that they sue him and at least get a portion of their money back.  It's sad, but... i experienced it first hand,  the man basically thinks like a sexual predator.

You may be wonderful at the face, but unfortunately when it comes to follow through there is none, the company has burned through 6 million dollars of investor money, with no product to show for it.  Furthermore, much of that money was used to combat the pending lawsuit and im sure if they raise more money, it will be used to fight all the PENDING LITIGATION the company is about to face.

Starting a business is always difficult, complex, and for many, totally overwhelming. Mr. Bedi and Ms. Singh have navigated this process with professionalism, generosity of spirit and grace, and have successfully created a company that is on the verge of changing the advertising game forever.

Unfortunately, the two founders have no qualifications to even launch this product, think of a small business owner, who thinks small, and has no clue how to manage money.  Also think about the huge salaries the two are garnering (7500) for Jasleen and 15k for Param respectively.  Which According the the SEC form D filed in September 2012, will be going up, In the form D it states the two will be making 336k over the next 12 month period... What Startup Company Screws their investors like this? Insanity.

Winnol is Not in beta, no product has been launched to the public, the member base is a pitiful 2000 members or so, which people only signed up to enter into the Iheart Radio Campaign.  Furthermore, Param Bedi, stole this concept from Wakaza Software company, in his previous company World Without Strangers,which he stole 600k from to fund Winnol.  Yes, it's out there, Param is a crook.

It's not venom when it's all backed by facts.  Once again if you put a dime into this company it is a loss.  

What is sad is they are still raising money, and i feel so sorry for any investors that invest.  Please heed my warning.   If you don't well... goodbye money.  

Lastly, what company sells stock, and gives up such a miniscule percentage?  Which means you have 0 ZERO control over your money or the company.  I would hate to say i told you so.
