Paramount Property Management is a business operated by a beer swilling tattooed pig of a human named Cassandra Swanson in Boise, Idaho. Aside from the company's unethical treatment of both tenants and landlords,  the owner of the enterprise combines an unpleasant appearance with dishonest and manipulative business practices to form an ongoing concern that seeks to establish a new low in an industry known for being populated with bottom feeders.

That said, Paramount is notorious for not only victimizing landlords with price-gouging management fees ($200+ per month, per property minimum), but also adds to that equation with disregarding their contractual obligations vis-a-vis property management. Requests for repairs (usually to a telephone voice mail system, since Paramount NEVER answers the phone) are ignored for weeks or disregarded entirely. Therefore, maintenance is usually performed by the renters which result in Paramount making claims that the work is either unjustified or unapproved.

Furthermore, Cassandra Swanson will NEVER respond to any inquiry regarding broken appliances or structural integrity issues. When personally confronted with maintenance requests, "Cassie" will say something to the effect of "I have to ask the landlord before we can do that". Of course, the landlord is NEVER contacted and the issue remains unresolved. In fact, the only time that Cassandra Swanson does appear motivated move her corpulent a*s is when rent is due.

Your building could burn to the ground and Cassie wouldn't notice until the rent check didn't arrive. As far as a refund of the deposit...forget about it. Not one single tenant has EVER received a refund of the damage deposit. I have witnessed properties that were left in pristine condition upon move out yet the former tenant not only doesn't receive a refund of their deposit, THEY RECEIVE A BILL FOR THOUSANDS of dollars.

In short, Cassandra Swanson and Paramount Property Management should be avoided at ALL costs. These people will take your money and that's about all. Caveat Emptor!
