PAtrick Devlin drives a White Crown Victoria with Red and Green lights and portrays himself to be a federal law enforcement officer;  claims he was a former POLICE OFFICER when really he was a CONSERVATOR OF THE PEACE in Virginia a Security Guard on Sterioids. Mr. Devlin states he is with ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) and has been known to perform Immigration Bond Recovery for bail bond companies as a sub contractor but was fired form that position within 2 weeks of starting.

Mr. Devlin also has been convicte dfo Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer in Fairfax Virginia in 2008 or 2009.  He continues to portray himself as a "cop", when he is not even a "bounty hunter" just a wanna be bounty hunter/cop/federal agent.  Be careful as Mr. Devlin does carry a firearm and has an official looking badge and identification that he does not have the authority to possess.

If you come into contact with this person be sure to report him to your local law enforcement agency right away.

Needless

AUTHOR: Wes Ganz - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 21, 2012

The author of this article, Kelly Cresswell, may be looked up on this sight. Mr. Cresswell was dissatisfied with Mr. Devlin's performance on his first recovery mission and took Mr. Devlin's share of payment for services. Mr. Devlin is an upstanding citizen and does not portray himself as anything he is not. There is no police report to substantiate any of these allegations. Mr. Devlin has assisted many people in their times of need and there is evidence to that effect. Any identification of Mr. Devlin as something he is not was made by Mr. Cresswell on scene. Mr. Cresswell "comes out of retirement" when he needs the money and coerces unsuspecting individuals to "work for him." He then "fires" them after the bounty has been collected. Please note the amount of misspellings above. This results from Mr Cresswell's extreme anger at Mr. Devlin for reporting Mr. Cresswell to the authorities when Mr. Devlin saw him take and not return large amounts of cash from persons in custody.

So why are you complaining.

Because you included a photo of him sitting on a bed, my guess is you are his Ex.
