they threatened to sue me after I quit and was hired as a manager of a company that painted houses. they said I signed a non compete and as they sold siding, a company that paints houses was competition. basically they were just trying to bully me and scare their own employees. this is how this company treats an employee who made them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
