In Dec of 2012 I made an initial payment on an online advertisement for a Bushmaster AR15 model 90831.  I completed the final payment on Jan 08, 2013.  In February I got an email stating that the credit card processor was holding the monies and making it difficult for them to complete the sales made.  They encouraged the clients to contact First Data and make their own complaints to them about releasing the monies.  

In March another email told me they would give me a 5% discount for continuing to wait.  The also said Bushmaster was 10 months behind on supply.  They also said in the email that we could get an alternative product if we didn't want to wait.  Since then I have been calling and leaving messages because YOU CANT talk to anyone.  The recording says they are busy overwhelmed and they promise to call you back.  That NEVER happened.  I was successful in talking with a Wendy Campbell one time.  I asked for a alternative rifle and she offered a couple but when I asked how much they were she promised to call me back and never did.  It is now almost a year to the day that I began this aweful experience and still don't have my rifle.  Today I called the number and it is temporarily disconnected.
