They also continue to charge $19.95 a month for alerts --- and there is no way to stop the service on their website. WHen you call customer services you get an answering service that emails your message to the company. NO REPRESENTATIVE WILL CALL YOU BACK! And they just keep charging your account until you notify your credit card company.

DO NOT USE THEM! IT IS A SCAM!
