Pinnacle Training Promised me that I could get my money back if I notified them of my request. They took $97.00 and $29.95 on the 20th of August. They proceeded to to take $8.78 on the 19th of September for "webtrain Internet

I believed the Pinnacle Training company when they said they would return my money if I so requested.

I've been told that it would be promptly taken care of when I called them. This has not materialized.

This company needs to honor their promises and return my money.
