On March 10,2015 we met with Joe from Plymouth Income Tax Consultants. We provided him our information and all needed documents. He told us he would prepare the necessary forms and call us in “a couple days”. From there the chase was on. We called multiple times and were greeted with “he's buried”, "we'll put you on the list”, and finally “he'll call you when he has them done”. We also left messages on his voice mail which were never returned. To make a long story short we retrieved our documents on April 13.

 

 

This is the rudest and most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Do business with them at your peril.
