DO NOT USE THE POOL AND DRAIN PROFESSOR you will be very sorry.In February I hired them to replace an in-ground pool liner. He cashed my check same day. Weeks went by and I called him. He told me he could not get my liner to choose another one. I did weeks went by I called again. I asked him when was he going to get my liner in. Almost 2 months had gone by.He started the job and he told me there was a problem with my walls and it would be another $500.00 to repair them. He did the walls and got the liner in. He would return to do the skimmer, light, and returns.To start filling the pool with water. We did it.

I came home that night to find they had flipped all my breakers on and had turned my well pump on, which had not been primed from being shut down from the winter. Opened my garage to find it smoking. Had to bring a plummer to look at it.  They used my new shop vac and it was covered with concrete and  my trash can to mix concrete.His brother came to finish the returns but did not finish. He talked to me on the phone wanting to pick up their check. I said no not until the job was done. He was suppose to come back that evening he never showed.

The next day I went out to look at the work and noticed the walls not looking right, concrete splattered on my patio and chipped concrete in my patio. I fired him and called a new pool contractor to look at my pool walls. My pool has to be drained and the liner removed and the walls repaired.It may cost me moore to repair all the damages they did.I hope you read this before it happens to you.If it does I will be taking him to court.
