Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They take MONTHS to do anything at all. Larry will quote you one price and then raise it before he will send you your lower unit back. He will lie about everything. He stole the water pump and all of the zincs off of the unit.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Just like their service from their shop the rebuttal took TWO YEARS!!! And for their attention to detail; I would suggest looking at the quality of English - spelling, punctuation and grammar. ***drops the mic****

Had lower unit in shop gave peliminary estimae. Took weeks for owner to give go ahead to disassemble unit. Once disasembled gave final estimate. Took weeks again to get approval. After to months of them using unit they said it was making noise since returned. Upon receiving lower unit the skage was broken and proppler shaft bent. Keep in mind this is a boat rental company. The person who filed this report ia a employe who got in trouble for not inspecting the boats as it is returned. He is passin blame on someone else. Then on top of that he accused use of not giving him back the water pump assembly. I have photos of when we received lower unit no waterpump.
