Please take notice that Precise Auto Care, L.L.C. and David Cerulli (the Plaintiffs), have initiated an action in the Superior Court of of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2013-003594 (the Action).

In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Carry" or any other pseudonym, about one or more of the Plaintiffs.

If you do not respond within 5 business days with your true and correct contact information to our law firm via email (civilaction@pilotsweb.com ) or by telephone (480-588-0449), we will subpoena the records as outlined above.

You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before March 27, 2013.

oh thats right! You are the person he is referring to.  By telling him to contact you, you expose yourself that he knows where you work etc.

"Edge", your biker name, "Edge" the name you say is your real name but because of The federal witness protection program that you told many you were in you were given another first and last name. "Edge" the same name you used to post on our review site, then you changed it to your sons name, then your real name.  Then you deleted them, not before it was documented.

You post under many names, many "aliases", many lies.  Too many to count.

"Carry" was the one the who automatically received an email, and you as Edge immed reply.  Too funny, no "Carry" did not call you.  there is no Carry who was a customer.  Deleting your email does not delete them off servers.

You and Carry, here and also on other sites refer to all of thse "public" records for people to Google them.  Prove the 50k, prove the court actions, prove the customers who supposedly "had to go to court over him".  You can not because its all lies.

once again there is no customer "Carry", likewise the other fake names you post on other sites about us.  And to use the excuse that this is their nickname like you have already used elsewhere is becoming old.

Read the privacy clause off this site.  READ the fine print.   It does not protect you.  You were sent a cease and desist, you have chosen not to govern yourself.  No need to continue this, it is not in your best interest to keep on harassing.

"Carry" (false name), it states in the rules not to state false claims.  As the owner and rebuttal I can demand PROOF.  Produce the court records that you "claim".  And the "customers" that were supposedly dragged into court.  You WILL NOT because there is NONE!
