William Pittman aka: Billy Pittman and his brother Casey Pittman are rip off artists.
They follow hail storms and then talk their way into promising you a free roof.
What they do is over charge your insurance company to replace your roof,
Then skip town leaving you with the material bill.

Billy is a smooth talker and knows the insurance lingo. He brags about bribing insurance adjusters. He is not to be trusted. He asked us for $10,000 as an upfront payment Then charged us for the materials. We learned later he used shingles we bought
on another house.
