Ever have one of those red flag moments and then continue? Well, this is a red flag moment. It's time for you to turn and run. No need to experience what we did! After the fact - we researched this business and they are all over the states with different names from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to Lawrence MA. Talk about transient?! We really felt uncomfortable dealing with this firm and we should have backed out but made the mistake that we didn't.
The guy is a hot head and can't keep his story straight and his "wife" uses different aliases as he does. Lonnie Henderson? We didn't get what we were promised and we can't believe we were taken in by these grifters. We searched the Internet and they are really big on putting down businesses that rip them off from "thousands of dollars" but we were just willing to forget them but seeing how they attack people, we thought they deserved the same treatment. They are dishonest and schemers. That's why they are in Vegas now, they find their marks are easy and they can play their congame on them.
Buyer beware - they have a trail that leads from the east coast to west and then to Vegas in a few short years which should tell you - they are running from the something... like maybe the law? Their use of aliases and different addresses is scary. Wish we would have not gotten sucked into their web of lies, poor service, lack of professionalism and the scam on our estate sale. Oh and how bizzare - guess what they were doing before they became estate sale experts (which according to their website "Michael Deshaies has been in the Antiques & Collectibles business for 20 years having owned and operated Antique stores in Boston and Los Angeles." One has to wonder why their last scam was in the sober living space before the 2012 founding of Premiere Estate Sales. Now they are estate sale experts?

#4 REBUTTAL Individual responds
phony retaliatory report, please read.

This report is very disturbing. This site allows anybody to say anything at all that they choose about an individual they have a conflict with, in this case, we believe we found the person that wrote this, she has never used our services and in fact, we used hers, she is not using her correct name and is a woman that did some search engine optimization for us. She was paid $2k and the end result was nothing, she claimed our move and change of company name was the reason for her lack of success. This is a retaliatory report on us because we did one on her as well as a one star yelp review. This person has tried to review us on other sites and her reviews were taken down because it was proven she was never a client of ours. I feel the need to defend myself though which is unfortunate I’m even having to do this. Except for a 9 month stint in Vegas, I’ve lived in the same county (Los Angeles) since I was born, some of my best friends are people I’ve known since kindergarten, I’m a homeowner, happily married with lots of dogs, more importantly as it relates to this review, we’ve had a stable business on ebay for over 13 years which enjoy top rated seller status with over 4400 positive verified customer reviews (not a single negative review), we’ve done over $1,112,000 worth of business in that time and this "alias” I use is my married name which I changed legally, however, I still use an old e mail address with my maiden name and this woman was privy to any name change we did on our business when it was new and we were trying to come up with a good name for it. In closing, if she feels the need to continue this baseless character assassination on my husband and I, we will sue her for defamation of character and slander. Most of the addresses listed are family and friends addresses, only 2 of which I ever lived at, one was my very first apt. the other my 2nd apt. from my early 20's, I am 51 and none of my correct addresses are listed other than those 2.

Disgruntled Business Owner, not a former customer! "FAKE REPORT"
AUTHOR: Mike - (USA)

If you read this phony ripoff report, you will notice that the author dose not even know what we do! I have filed a couple ripoff reports that are totally legitimate and know that this is a bogus report that was written for retaliation purposes only. It is a shame that there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. Basically, you can make up anything you want about anyone you want and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Simple GOOGLE searches will uncover the FACTS about these grifters posted here. They try to be chameleons but aren't smarter than the internet where their past, current and future sins are easliy discovered.
They say this report is not from a customer - but they do not refute the facts about their name changes and how they conduct business. Is this personal? It is when you are trying to warn off other people from going down the rabbit hole with these dishonest grifters.
Buyer Beware. They are not to be trusted. They're here today. Gone tomorrow. Look up their past address history. Google them. You will find this is not a fake post but a culmination of the facts about this team of scammers.

NOT A REAL CUSTOMER; FAKE REPORT

These allegations appear to be more personally motivated than by somebody that was actually "ripped off" as there is no clear "rippoff" stated by this person. I don't believe this report is from a real client-we've never had a customer of this description, nor would we ever treat a customer in this way. If the reviewer would like to make themselves known, we would be happy to address the specific circumstances and work with them towards an amicable goal. To leave this review without ever having contacted us first is unproductive.
