Joe Udon Jimenez- the owner of this business Pro Concrete and Landscape, he is also the owner of several businesses namely: Hardscape and Concrete, Jimenez landscape and hardscape , Dirtcheap landscape must have to be put in jail. He victimized so many homeowners including me. He is a total flake, a liar and very bad guy. I found him through internet advertising. He come to my house, he seems to be a nice guy, he is a very good talker, he showed me so many pictures and tell me all his works. I thought its real I found out not really his works.  He is not even afraid to make a contract,  he is not a license contractor. ( I just found out recently)  I entrusted him my money for the down-payment to do some works around my house, he told me he needs money to buy for the materials. He immediately en-cash my check on the same day, he promised to comeback on the following day with his workers, never show up, I receive a call , he told me that he and his workers can not come, and text me to come by next week, he never come. He keep on promising until now. Its been some months since he got my money. Joe never show up, and never start the job until now. i keep on begging him to just return my money,  he never did,  but never do the job. Beware of this man he is a con artist , he will just stole your money just like he done to me. He has a lot of advertisement in Craigslist , check him, goggle him, just put his name and phone number and you will see. NOTE: If you want a proof you could response here or  thru my emails, and I will show you everything you wanted to see, hundreds of text, receipt, copy of checks from  my bank and more. if you are also a victim please come out, we have to stop this man on victimizing so many homeowners.
