I received a potted flower arrangement as a gift, called "Santa's Boots" for my infant daughter.  The plant looked nothing like the picture on the website.  No ceramic planter, one anemic flower, in a small cheap plastic utility pot.  I called the toll free number and spoke with a woman by the name of "Sheila".  At first, she wasn't going to send a replacement before Christmas.  While on the phone, I looked up the company and found 59 complaints on the Rip Off Report, and told her what I found.  She fumbled with her words, had no explanation for all the complaints.  She put us on hold, the returned with an offer to replace the plant for delivery on 12/24/2012.  The replacement arrangement, never came and neither did the e-mail confirmation she promised.  Buyer Beware - this company pulled a classic bait and switch - the photo online looked beautiful - the plant that arrived looked nothing like it.  A $40-50 gift with shipping, and what arrived is approximately a $2.00 seedling in a 25 cent pot.  Please see photos.

Shame on you ProFlowers/ProPlants!

We're sorry to hear that your plant did not arrive as it was supposed to.  We work very hard to ensure all of our orders arrive as ordered, and that our customers and their recipients are satisfied.  We will always endeavor to make it right when something happens.  If you would email me with your order details (the order ID if you still have it), I would be happy to look into it and ensure that you get your plant replaced with one that lives up to what we offer on the website.  cssocial@providecommerce.com
