I purchased 2 bulbs from them and then needed to order the housing for these bulbs, we spoke with Randall there and he advised that they would ship out the housing units for no additional charge we just had to pay for freight. When the credit card bill came it was $300.00 more then the order we placed and they would not issue credit. I spoke with them many times in regards to this and a total waste of time and zero customer service.

Projector Lamps World http://www.projectorlampsworld.com/ I was charged for an item that they could not ship me. When I proceeded to contact them the phone number wouldn't work, I got automated emails and no personal response. It took my 3 weeks to get a refund after emailing every day. This company claims to based in houston, with a NY phone number and an Israli business owner. Internet
