Prospect Heights Care Center Prospect Heights Care Center Should be called UNCARE center Hackensack New Jersey

 This facility,Prospect Heights Care Center, is a re hab facility. And if you are young and healthy, maybe this place could be consided as allright.  BUT if you are old and in need of medical attention, avoid this Facility like the plague. My father , my friends father and other senior citizens are ignored, left out in the hall unattented and if there is need for medical attention, there are no on staff doctors or nurses.  My father was shipped to the hospital many times , TOO late from this facility with infections, lung infections, and other with genital infections due to no daily medical care!

In fact on time we needed to det him to the hospital, which is right down the street and the ambulance driver did not know how to get  there when the Hospital is on the same street and 1/2 mile away!

WTF...now maybe that is not PRospoect heights fault, but the need to run a patient to the emergency room many times is not a good sign of proper rehab.

And if you refuse physical therapy, they just leave you in a hall or in your room, neglected...

This facility probably helps many patients, but my father and my friends father were harmed, not helped at Prospect Heights Care Center
