Public Parntnerships PPL They will NOT pay you and FAXES fall into black hole. THEY ARE ALSO RUDE , Internet

I have dealt with PPL for almost four years until they delivered the final whammy to those who use self directed care for family members. Time sheets were set in on time and often had fell into some black whole in the office. The fax stated it was sent but, they swear it was not. You spend more money faxing them than you are paid. I called every Tuesday for almost four years to ensure it was sent because usually it was the same speal that it was not there.

They are not very friendly if fact, they are rude with the exception of Stacy. The right hand never knows what the other hand is doing. I have had to travel to pick up paychecks on numerous occassions after it was approx. 2 weeks late. They attempt to make you wait another two weeks.  My sister was denied one whole pay check and refused to be paid, last year. To date she was never paid. I have had to threaten law suits just to get what was worked for.

They are not  great or even remotely good at correspondence. They assume a magic fairy has told you inmportant information that you need to know. As of now, September 28, 2012, the ended their contract with my mothers insurance and FAILED to let anyone know (both parties). The time sheet was sent in and an automated call explained, they would not be paying. They do not answer phones and you will wait until your next birthday only to be asked to leave a message. Please remember, your call is first in line? They will eventually call you back but, you will not be a happy camper when they do. I urge anyone using this service to think twice or at least head the warnings of others. At this point, I know at least 45 other people who have not spoken for themselves. Please approach with caution and I pray to God this is not your only means of getting by. You will need money saved or you will be in a bind!
