I payed 600.00 to Quality Care Credit for my husband and myself for the 90 day program.  My husband received one credit report for $300.00 and I received two in the ninty day program. They gave me the run around for 90 days.  Do not used them. They offer a $25.00 referral fee, that you will never received. You only get one letter submitted and results returned back to you in 45 days with no deletions.  They have terrible customer services skills.  Do not give them your checking or banking information, because they will debit your account before they write a letter unauthorized.Please do not get rip off like we did.

Credit Repair isnt a perfect system

Hello, 

 I would like to help you understand the credit repair process.  I used to work for a company that did this and had to explain how it works to many of our customers every day. 

 First, it really isn’t an overnight process. Actually, to be honest it’s not even a 45 day process. To get optimal results you have to let the repair agency work through the different rebuttals and letters to the credit agencies or if you were doing a settlement, the creditors. There are many different letters that can be sent as disputes.   When the letters are sent to the credit bureaus, the credit bureau sends this letter on to the creditor. The creditor has 30 full business days to reply with tangible proof showing that what the letter originally stated is untrue.  Once the Credit Bureau gets the answer, they can confirm the letter was right and remove the debt or state the letter was wrong and the item stays on the credit report. In a perfect world, this is only supposed to take 45 days from the date that the Credit Repair Company sends the letter; however, this isn’t always the case.  

 It looks like, by what you posted, that you only allowed this company to send out the first dispute letter before stating they were a rip-off. This is a bit unfair since they do have many different dispute letters they can send out. It looks like you did not allow them the full contract time to fulfill their obligations, and now their name is out there as a rip-off. I would really enjoy hearing what items have been removed now or what steps have been taken to resolve your issue. 

 In closing, sometimes we all have to remember, it’s not a perfect system. If all your items can be proven as yours and the debt is yours, then, you have to claim it and work on your credit a different way. However, the service you should be paying for is paying the processors to do the letters for each account on your credit, not the results. If the contract is worded that you are paying for credit repair, then you may have a rip-off is the credit is not repaired.

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN AS WE ARE AWARE CREDIT REPAIR IS NOT AN OVER NIGHT SUCCESS, TIME CONSUMING. QUALITY CARE CREDIT INC HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 10 YEARS THIS IS THE 1ST COMPLAINT WE RECIEVE, NOT ALL SITUATIONS ARE PERFECT AND NOT ALL COMPLAINTS ARE FACTUAL IN THE CASE OF THIS ONE 10 YEARS AND ONE COMPLAINT YOU BE THE JUDGE. BECAUSE MRS. REID BEEN THROUGH SO MANY COMPANIES AND MADE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM ALL SHE HAS MADE HER OWN SITUATION DIFFICULT OUR 90 DAY CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES (NO GUARENTEE) BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME, BUT OUR EFFORT OF WORK AND PROCESSING STILL HAS TO BE PAID FOR.  MRS. REID IS ANGRY WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE BECAUSE WE DID NOT GIVE HER BAD CREDIT OR 400 CREDIT SCORES THAT WAS DUE TO HER OWN NEGLIGENTS EVEN THOUGH THROUGH OUR PROGRAM SHE MADE GREAT PROGRESS IN THE 90 DAYS WE FINE SOME PEOPLE ARE NEVER SATISFIED AND TO TRY TO DESTROY A COMPANY FOR THAT CAUSE GOD IS NOT PLEASE AND SHE HAVE TO ANSWER TO HIM AND PAY THE PRICE FOR HER LIES. QUALITY CARE CREDIT HAS ALWAYS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A COMPANY OF INTEGRATY MAKING NO PROMISES WE CANT KEEP, TO THOSE WHO MAY BE READING THIS DONT LET ONE BAD APPLE SPOIL IT FOR THE BUNCH WE ARE ONLY HER TO HELP WE DO NOT HAVE A MAGIC WAND 10 YEARS WE ARE PROWD TO SAY WE HAVE MORE SATISFIED PEOPLE THEN DISSATISFIED.
