Mitch Beauchamp was apparently involved in a suspicious multi-year relationship with a young man in his late teens living in Tijuana Mexico. I believe this young man is basically an orphan with no financial means of support, and probably vulnerable to this type of person. The nature of the relationship is unclear, but I can say there was financial support of some kind and possibly travel to other nearby vacation towns in Mexico. I have been investigating this person and came across this other report from an apparent relative who alleges he mollested her son, which greatly raised my suspicion of Beauchamp. Beauchamp apparently was a politician for National City (treasurer) and seems to constantly seek involvment with activities in the nearby border town of Tijuana Mexico. For example I located a photo of him giving gifts at an orphanage in Mexico while dressed as one of the 3 Kings (the biblical account of 3 Kings following the star). Tijuana is a 3rd world border town suffering with many orphans, prostitutes, and drug activity, it is a likely place for child molesters to pursue their crimes. National City where Beauchamp lives is a 5 minute drive from Tijuana. Apparently Beauchamp is clever enough to make it very hard to gather evidence, but I have reason to believe he may be a pedophile. Contact me if you are interested in pursuing this person, but be aware I am concerned about what he may be capable of in retaliation, since he was after all a politician. For that reason I am maintaining anonymity.

I am the mother of two of the boys Mitchel attempted to molest. MY sons said NO! That does not let Mitchel Beauchamp off the hook. He is still guilty and it's still shameful.
Mitchel does not deny what he asked my sons to do. He just has a lame and warped excuse for his behavior. Feel free to email me for details. I have nothing to hide.

I'd like to get in touch with you...I'm the relative who you are referring to. I'd like you to correct that Mitchel did not succeed in molesting my sons...he attempted to. My sons said NO. Regarding the rest of your posting....it's dead on. There have been numerous reports of his dealings with young Mexican teens who are basically his prey.
