Due to many emails I received from Redbox offering a Free movie if I tried renting my next movie on line, I went ahead and tried it. I was told that if I reserved my movie on line I would qualify to get a Free movie after I returned the first on line rental. Well I went ahead and did just that. I reserved my copy on a Wednesday afternoon, and after I was finished with the transaction I was told that I had until the next day by 9PM to retrieve from the box. I went the next day to get my movie, swiped my credit card and got my movie, went home watched it and returned it the next day before 9pm. The day after returning my rental I noticed that I was charged for TWO DAYS instead of ONE night rental. I called to complain about the transaction, because NOWHERE in the online reservation form says anything about getting charged an extra day if your reserved movie is not picked up the same day!! I sure was upset for not disclosing that to me. So they gave me a free movie, charged me for two nights-but actually the movie was not free, I paid for that extra night. And the Free movie promised for reserving on line? Nothing was mentioned about that. I am very disappointed with Redbox and wish they fix that problem since I was told they have been getting a lot of complaints from others with the same problem I encountered.
