do not work for him or with him. Do not expect to be paid or believe his lies. He is just a fraud and scam artist. he takes his cut and makes up stories about other people not paying him. He has an imaginary friend named "mike" who from time to time will respond to an email regarding payment. Sometimes Adam all of the sudden is out of town for the week or the accountant is making mistakes.
Bottom line, if you have an efficiently run organization your accountant works for you not the other way around. Again, do not work for him, he places ads on Craigslist looking for crews for demo, painting and bank or asset management work. He does not pay do not be taken by this fool. Hes based out of the southwest suburbs like Elgin, Joliet and aurora. Do not hire this company to work for you either, because they cannot and do not live up to timelines and hire poorly manged field teams. He will let you down. Do not hire Rehab Properties LLC or A&E construction or whatever other names he may have.
