Reserve At Riverwalk/Riverview Reserve At Riverwalk/Riverview Reserve At Riverwalk/Riverview Reserve beautiful on the outside, but ugly on the inside far as services. Columbia South Carolina

When I first moved to Reserve At Riverwalk/Riverview Apartments with my ex fiance whom picked out this place. This was my first time living on my own and first home. The staff showed their good side at the signing of paperwork/lease etc, however later I started to see their bad side. I paid my rent on time every month and most the times early, I use to tell others these are very nice apartments, I stay to myself, I don't bother other tenants out here, I haven't broken any rules, and I keep my apartment neat/clean. The staff started picking with me about everything. I have two cars and notified the office of my second car. Everything was fine at first, until they started picking with me about my second car not having a tag, which it was stolen. I filed a police report and brought it to the office. They threatened to tow my car and gave me a hard time even after I brought the police report to their office. I got a new tag on the car and they started picking with me about moving my car down the hill to free up parking space for others in my apartment building. Then they said I couldn't have two cars and said it was part of the lease, but they was fine with me having two cars at first. Other tenants have more than one car parked out here in this apartment building.

So now my car is parked down a hill where I can't watch it and have to drive down the hill to check on it every day/night. I have two nice sport cars a 2004 GT Mustang Convertible and 1993 Nissan 240SX, so these cars are of great value to me, and I have to keep and eye on them at all times. They also put a false eviction notice on my door one time when payments got mixed up going to the wrong place. They put a false notice on my door for not picking up pet droppings and I never owned a pet. They sent a false notice November 11th 2013 saying I owed $40.42 for utilities and my dad took my payment for rent/utilities to the office for me November 1st 2013, plus we have receipts. The staff started to show bad attitudes, delays in returning phone calls until I reported it at office, rude, and argumentative when I come to them with a problem. A female tenant took my clothing out the residents laundry washer, a male tenant whom knew my ex fiance knocked on my door one time and threaten to hit me, a tenant also swung her door open hitting the side of my car as I've just parked my car, I also started to notice random scratches on my car out here, A tenant also side swiped one of my cars a while back and I let it go because the lady was old, other tenants/visitors drive too fast out here on these narrow roads within the residence (Accident ready to happen), and also random people/tenants use to knock on my door late at night, people I didn't know (SCARY) when I'm living alone after fiance and I broke up. The maintenance services are horrible and these guys never fix the apartment issues correctly. Also, there's no corp to report these issues to nowhere online or offline (WEIRD). Beautiful on the outside and ugly on the inside as far as all these bad things I went through living out on my own in my first home, looks can be deceiving. Beautiful apartments, however staff, maintenance crew, and some tenants make it look ugly. I'm currently looking for a new place and I'll never refer others to Reserve At Riverwalk/Riverview.
