We purchased this travel club service, license 300127, after being enticed to the presentation by phone with a "free" trip, which was unusable.

Avoid this company at all costs for the following reasons:

1. You are not issued a password to view the website until after the time for cancellation (3 days) has expired. I am sure this is intentional.

2. The presenters will lie to get you to commit. One such lie was the one that convinced us to purchase. Do not be fooled by the polished presentation of great travel deals. They do not exist when you want to go and where you want to go.

3. The website is very poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and provides no prior traveler feedback so that you know what you are purchasing. Looking for travel discounts is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

4. Customer service is poor. Never is there immediate response from the company when you call in. Usually no one returns your call.

5. Even if you never use the service, the company will not refund your money. They will not stand behind the quality of their service, nor are they interested in satisfying the customer. They even have a lawyer from The Entrepreneur Law Center in Orlando, available when you complain to tell you why you are not entitled to satisfaction.
