Rest Bamboo Rude, Spiteful, Unhelpful, Disorderly Internet

Rest Bamboo is a horrible company. I placed an order back in july and have only recieved half the order! i took them literally two months exactly to ship me one of the body pillows that I ordered. When I first placed the order I recieved a receipt in ym email but not a tracking number. On on of the numerous time I contacted customer service and actually got a person to talk to me they had the guall to say that it was my own fault that they had not shipped out my order. They said I wrote my email wrong, yet I recieved a sales reciept. They continued on to tell me that it was all my fault and took to responiability themselves. I waited for months, was lied too, was verbally harrased by rude people and even after my long wait only got one pillow that I ordered. This is absolutly crazy. I will never order anything from them again. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst experience with a website ever!
