We hadn't heard from Retail Dimensions in a while, so we called them to see what part of our Magento project they were working on.
It turns out they had gone on a wild goose chase and spent the previous month programming code for some functionality that doesn't even apply to our business.
We were outraged because this caused our go-live date to be pushed back indefinitely.
When we asked them why they had done something so stupid, they told me that they needed the work!
What a bunch of Morons!

If Paul Duncan didn't act like a d*** to the employees in the office, then maybe this stuff wouldn't happen.
