Yes it is true.   Reverend Tom Erik Raspotnik, leader of Theistic Satanism is the proud owner of The Church Of Malphas and he goes by the name Barbara Sobel.

Reverend Tom wanted to try a different path and was afraid that it would hurt his Theistic Satanism image.

Due to the immense popularity of the Church Of Malphas he has decided to come clean.

I am immensely proud of the Church Of Malphas.  It is the highlight of my career.  I never would have dreamed that this Church would take off after all of my failed attempts at other Churchs.   Long live the Church Of Malphas  states Reverend Tom Erik Raspotnik.  I had to go under a different name.  After all.  I am the leader of Theistic Satanism, and people know me to protect Satan and Satans image.   I chose the persona of a female figuring nobody would think it was me.  It worked.   Nobody ever spoke to this Barbara Sobel (Barbara Malphas-Samael), nobody knew her and there were no photos of
her.  It was a perfect cover.

When Reverend Tom Erik Raspotnik asked why he chose to make a Church after Malphas his response was simple. He is a lesser known entity.  Most have never heard about him.  There is very little research about him or stories accept in the Goetia. Again, I didnt feel that many people knew about him.  If the Church failed, it wouldnt make the presses like when my Satanic Church failed.
Again.  I am very proud of the Church Of Malphas and I am proud to announce I am Barbara Sobel or Barbara Malphas-Samael.
