Richard Foster works at Brighthouse in Tampa Bay. Richard had cable hook up with out you knowing of it you will get a bill at your home you send it back like most people. Unknown person dont live here. So he is in the works to make $$$$ he sets up fake serves at your home. With out going in your home. He make $$$ every hook up he does and how maney cable boxes he takes back after serves has been shut off. he uses addresses that no one uses for serves. He will have more thin one person like if they were moving or leaving town. win some one has serveses hooked up they say more thin one person has moved in and out they dont know how that happened add. so he covers is self by calling the apt office and tails them that he hooked serves there more then one time win he know him self that did not happen so the person that wants cable can not get serveses at all so that Richard can make $$$ so the apt cant get serves. HE his fake with problemes at home. He knows how accounting work at Brighthouse. Hes full of it and a habitual lier. Do not recommend him in any home.
