Richie Daggs contacted me through LinkedIn in June of 2013 and stated he was the producer at "Huge Entertainment" and pitched a sponsorship opportunity with his partner Jennifer Ballard for a show they were producing that would be on Dish Network called House of Huge.  They sent marketing materials, outlines of sponsorship and a contract, and aslo spoke in detain about me being fautures as a part of the show.  Richie and Jennifer collected $2,250 from me, then month after month had delays and setbacks.  They postponed the first shoot then rescheduled, then changed dates and canceled production at the last minute citing a breakup in their partnership. Richie and I had many phone calls and emails.  He said I could get a refund or participate in the show they were shooting in spring of 2014.  I asked for a refund at the end of 2014 and was repeatedly promised by Richie that I would receive one.  Texts and emails document the multiple promises for a refund, including the last email from Richie promising a refund March  15, 2014 even though he stated he was filing for bankruptcy.  No refund was received and calls and emails are no longer returned.
