Robert Heins and Gunnar Hess Quince restaurant, 15.Quince Grill and Cantina Former Quince managers collecting funds for unpaid Quince restaurant staff but mangers keeping funds for themselves Cottonwood Arizona

The Where's Vlad - Vladimer/Bladimer Costa Facebook page was started by former 15.Quince Grill and Cantina (a.k.a Quince) kitchen manager/chef Robert Heins and general manager Gunnar Hess supposedly to collect funds for the employees who were left with bounced pay checks and non-paid wages when Costa, owner of the Quince restaurant in Cottonwood, Arizona skipped town in mid-January 2014. Neither will admit they started the Facebook page nor they are in control of the PayPal account, post office box, and bank account organized to collect funds. I doubt any ex-employees of Vlad's will see much of what is collected. Heins and Hess will keep most of the funds for themselves. They are trash talking Costa now, but both not only continued to work for Costa for years through all the accusations of Costa ripping off and mistreating employees, but stood up for him as well. If both were aware of Costa not paying employees correct wages, stealing tips, intimidating male workers and harassing female staff, along with serving cheap frozen shipped-in food items at supposed gourmet ingredient fresh made-on-the-spot prices why didn't they both speak up way before it got to the extreme and he skipped town? Sounds like both were okay with all of Costa's illegal and questionable doings until Costa ripped them off as well. I donated in the very beginning by clicking on the PayPal button on the Where's Vlad page as it stated it was the 15 Quince Employee Fund, but when I called PayPal I was told Gunnar Hess was the owner of the account,
