Do NOT Work for Ronald K. Noble, He Is Corrupt and Rude As Reported In The Media!

I started working with RKN Global printing company around six months ago.  All in all, I would say that working with them was a mediocre experience, however, my interactions with the  owner Ronald Noble simply made it unbearable.

Within my first week of interaction, frequent conversations with Noble would be filled with condescending put-downs, unreasonable expectations, and generally unprofessional behavior. I kept those gripes to myself until I also overheard parts of his reports when he bragged to other staff about powerful politicians asking him to push their adgenda forwards even though it was unethical. I wish I had overheard the names but Ronald Noble was always very secretive about who was pulling the strings.

I brought my ethical issue up with Noble himself and all he did was threaten me.

Another time, on a particularly stressful day, Noble  began the interaction with his typically atrocious behavior - talking about what luxurious trip he took and whatever new cool device he bought, completely ignoring the world of difference between us. His gloating would last a few minutes (plenty of time to ask me about my own life, which would never happen).

Ronald Noble never apologized. In fact, his behavior never improved.

I eventually seased working with him.

I've been free from his grips for more than two months now and I haven't been happier. If you or someone you know is interested in working with his company, BEWARE. It isn't worth it. Do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. Do not involve yourself with this selfish and corrupt individual.

#3 UPDATE Employee

What you guys are talking about?!

AUTHOR: Sebastian Briggs - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, November 08, 2015

Ronald Noble is a great guy and a great boss to work with. He's always been quick with a joke, has great taste in scotch, and exudes strength. Clearly you guys are all sour because you were stuck in admin or lower management jobs.

This "harrassment" you speak of is just the way things are. Ronald Noble is old school, and that means it's okay to check out a secretary. As Bethnay Jarvis even said, he never touched her! People are just too d**n sensitive these days. What ever happened to be able to appreciate beauty and have a sense of humor? Get over yourselves.

To you two other whimps who expect a boss not to push you towards success: grow a pair, seriously. Don't expect to be coddled all the time and get all the validation you feel you so graciously deserve.

As for these allegations of corruption: sure, when you reach the level of success that Ronald Noble has, you're bound to get caught up in some dirty business. But is corruption the right choice of words? I mean the guy was the former chief of INTERPOL! He literally ran the world's police. How bad do you really expect him to be??

Ronald Noble is a corrupt creep with harrassment issues

AUTHOR: Beth.K.Jarvis - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 04, 2015

I will keep this brief. I worked for two months as Ronald Noble's secretary and I've regretted it ever since. In all honestly, the short mentions of workplace sexual harrassment in the previous reports really only skimmed the surface and do not touch on the experience of actually being a woman on the recieving end of such disgusting behavior.

I'll just say that there is a reason I quit my job after only two months.

I can remember my interview where Ronald Noble asked me what I liked to wear - staring me up and down. Despite my discomfort, I needed the job and eagerly took the position. Wow what a mistake. In those eight weeks, Ronald would constantly comment on my outfit and make me feel that I wasn't flaunting my body enough for him. I'd like to make it clear that he never touched me, but he made so many innuendos, insinuations, and pervy comments that I believe I suffered legitimate trauma. Many of my male colleagues (like those above) commented on his brash and frustrated attitude towards them. I can certainly attest to that, however I must note that he was never mean to me - only scandalously charming and forthcoming. To this day I can't look at a picture of him or read the name Ronald Noble without feeling a horrible combination of nausea and anxiety.

Considering Ronald Noble's past as the chief of the largest police organization in the world, INTERPOL (which he would constantly remind us of), I was afraid to report his behavior to any kind of authority. Similarly, it was quite clear to me, from the files I typed up and the rumors I'd heard that he was seriously involved with some of the most corrupt businessmen in the world (Lalit Modi, Sepp Blatter). Because of Noble's reputation with law enforcement and his corrupt relationships with men in power, I felt way too small in his presence to speak up against his harrassment.

There are some reports here about the level of Ronald Noble's corruption. I cannot speak of the exact nature of Noble's corruption, but I can say that my dealings and work within the company were always of some kind of shady nature - especially as his main secretary. I would frequently recieve calls in strange accents who refused to be named yet demanded to speak to Ronald Noble. It was always those calls that he insisted on taking into his office and locking the door.

I completely agree with the above. Steer clear of Ronald Noble!

Personally, I wish my experience was as "mediocre" as Bill's. What follows my account of working in Ronald Noble's company:

I had been a hard worker my whole life. I'm nearly forty, and when I got laid off at my previous job (where I worked for nearly two decades) a few years ago, I was desperate for a new place of employment.
Surprisingly, though, I was picked up as a low-level computer administrator at Ronald Noble's new printing company. I was thrilled.

However, that thrill soon became horror. It's true that the general work environment was fair, but the constant verbal abuse from Mr.Noble started early.

Time after time I made it clear how thankful I was for the job (despite the fact that I was dramatically underemployed), yet Mr.Noble always made comments about how disposable I was. Constantly! Even worse, Ronald Noble was blatantly sexist to our female staff - one of whom completely broke down about one month into my employment there. She was never the same after that.

Ronald Noble always walked around pompously - walking on his own pedestal. He wore a cheeky grin that only made my coworkers and I doubt ourselves. Having done some research into Noble's recent past beyond Interpol, I know understand why his smugness was so palpable. Only now, the evidence of Ronald Noble's corruption is beginning to surface - giving myself and my former coworkers the answers we were looking for. I found the articles here and here to be especially helpful, but also just Googling Ronald Noble Corruption helped me understand who this man really is.

During my time there, I used to come home depressed every night, and my melancholy from work even began to affect my marriage.

Thankfully, I quit a year ago and I've never been happier
