I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN!!!! Shuttle service does not run ever 15 min, more like every 45 min if you are lucky!! The drivers are not helpful at all - I walk with a cane and had to load my suitcase and carry on myself as well as struggle through their un-plowed parking lot. I returned the car and caught my flight home, and thought I was done with them. A week later, I received an email from them saying that I got a parking ticket IN A CITY THAT I WAS NEVER IN, and they refused to talk to me about it.

They charged my credit card $160 for a $110 parking ticket that could not possibly have been mine. The manager left a message on my voice mail on my phone saying that " you signed a piece of paper that you were responsible for any tickets that you received so I can charge you if I want to"! Yes I am responsible for my own tickets, but I was not where the ticket took place; they have numerous vehicles of the same make, but yet no where in any of my rental paperwork does it say the plate number of the vehicle that I rented!!

They are a scam rental place, do not rent their vehicles ever, pay the extra and go elsewhere!!!!
