SACOM Group Groupon Clone Script SACOM offers a Gropupon Clone Script on their website for $250 with upgrade Options but does not deliver. No contact since purchase, yet countered my dispute in paypal. No Product! Internet

I contacted the seller through their website and they had no problem answering my questions.
So I purchased the groupon clone script from their paypal link. The purchase was confirmed and I did not hear back from the seller int he first 24 hours, so I contacted them. Nothing for another 24 hours and I contacted them again and still nothing.
Finally after 3, maybe on the forth day they sent a short note saying, sorry for the delay, what is your IM so we can chat. I sent back my IM and no reply, no chat. A couple days later I asked for a refund and told them if no reply in 24 hours, I would dispute with paypal.
No reply, so I disputed and sent them an email. No direct reply, but they replied to paypal stating that they delivered the product via email. NOPE. Lie!
They took down the paypal buy button and now have replaced it with Google Check Out. They are continuing to rip people off.
Please beware of this scam.

AFTER FILLING COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS THE SELLER RESPONDED STATING THAT A PARTNER HAD PERSONAL ISSUES AND HAS SINCE RESOLVED THE ISSUE BY SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT ORIGINALLY PURCHASED.
I RETRACT MY STATEMENTS THAT THEY SCAMMED ME, AND DO NOT KNOW IF THE CLAIM OR EXCUSE OF DELAY IS VALID OR SIMPLY THE COMPLAINTS PROMPTED A RESPONSE. SO I WOULD STILL BE A LITTLE WEARY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
WITH THAT SAID, THEY DID PROMPTLY SUPPLY AND INSTALL THE PRODUCT ONCE THEY DID OPEN THEIR LINE OF COMMUNICATIONS.
