Problem Date: we start trial (Sales Cloud - Professional edition) on April 8, on april 15 the covert this trial on a 2 years agreements, with a monthly fee of $88.46, i never used the system, never was able to enter any information, was to complicated for me, the sale person told me that was only a trial, and if i was not happy with the system i was able to cancel,  i tried to cancel as soon the email was received, i email many times the sale person, and customer services and they said they can no cancel and that i have to paid the 2 years agreement.

Now the sent me a invoice that i have to paid in full the 2 years for $2,123.04 , this is a scam, i have sent many email, requesting the cancelation, and i never have and answer from they, it seems they don't care for customers, just the payments.

The salesperson is on canada, he said i can't cancel, that i have to paid for the full two years, this is not fair, this is a fraud, how i going to paid $2,123.04 for a system that i never used, they can  verify on their system that i never enter any information, was too complicated for use, and also the customer service is a headache,

each time you call the make you wait, and each person tell you different history, it look to me they are passing the problem within them, and not getting solution for customers,  just trying to get the money from them, I DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE, THIS FRAUD, THIS IS A SCAM.

Salesforce Complete Sales Scam

AUTHOR: salesforceisascam - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 13, 2016

Salesforce.com is a total scam.  They have really hard to understand contracts and will lie and cheat like crazy to bill you.  They have no customer support unless you pay thousands extra for it.  My system went down and I was told to go online and troubleshoot myself.  I was not able to talk to a person when it was their server that went down.  Anyway stay away from this company whatever you think they will bill it will be way more.  They will not answer the phone to help with anything and they will leave you very frustrated.  My sales rep has changed three times so I know they treat their employees just as bad as their customers.  Salesforce is the biggest SCAM I have ran across.  They are worse then any other scam you could get involved in.  They are the worst company out their. A Corporate bully for sure.  If you are scammed by them go to twitter and facebook and demand money back.  I want to file legal action aganist them they are so bad.  I hope you find this before you purchase.
