I ordered an older movie, from Scooter Movie Shop, online, on Feb 24, 2013, payment was taken from my financial institution on Feb 27, 2013, was told I'd have my dvd in 7-10 business days, but never received. When I logged into my acct, the following is what was provided. Also, when you go to "Contact Us", it clearly states that "email is the best way to reach me. I always respond to emails." This is false!!
