Purchased a small tract of land Asked prior If there were any issues unresolved or otherwise with the property-Easement disputes,drug related crime,flooding.I was told no-I moved onto the property several months after purchase only to find out that there are multiple andon going property disputes, there was /is drug related activity on and around the property.Any contact with the office has been met with evasiveness and out right lies-They appear to be running an " Owner Finance ' Scam where they harras buyers into defaulting and then re sell the property with a jacked up price.Pushamtaha county is NOT a safe area to live in due to a very bad meth problem ,lax law enforcement,and severe nepotism.Forget about getting ANY help If you arent in the local Clique-See this youtube video -Taped conversation from various county officials along with surveillance camera footage-of an armed break in/burglery of a home-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cWf41Ce-hg
Owned property purchased from SE Oklahoma Land Co for 3 MONTHS-Already have had ANIMALS TORTURED AND KILLED,Property vandalized,constant snooping ,trespassing and constant harrassment from the SHITBAG PUNKASS SON of an adjacent property owner( THATS RIGHT ZACK-TALKING ABOUT YOUR DUMBASS) that wanted to buy the property but did not-Hides in the woods and calls me a ***-THERE IS NO 911 IN PUSHMATAHA COUNTY.It does no good to call the sheriff-They dont do anything and even when they do catch some one they only give a warning. because they " Are friends with some one" IS THE THE KIND OF PLACE THAT YOU WANT TO LIVE AND THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT YOU WANT TO BE AROUND? Just as expected-YET MORE LIES FROM SE Oklahoma Land Co-Sad-You cant tell the truth to save your life-Yes YOU HAVE AND DO TRY TO HARRASS BUYERS INTO DEFAULTING- Yes YOU do hide and FAIL to disclose MANY problems with a property.How can you own a property for 10 years,drive by it EVERY DAY ,Live a mile up the road from it and NOT KNOW what is going on with it????LIAR!!! Not Only this YOU KNEW ABOUT THESE LONG STANDING ISSUES AND FAILED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM-Yes YOU DO MAKE COMMENTS ABOUT BUYERS-

Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company has over 70 customers buying land on a contract for deed. We are proud of the work we do and the relationships we have built with our customers. We do not harass our customers in the hope that they will become so flustered that they go past due. In fact, most pay on time, but, each month, we can expect several accounts to fall behind. We work with each and every one of them to get them back current if they are capable. We have never repossessed a property at the moment the owner has gone past due and never will.
Regarding her other derogatory comments about the people in Southeastern Oklahoma, her neighbors, and the customer's general state of mind...we have no comment.
